1. This promotion is brought to you by Atomwide Limited whose registered office is Unit 2-3, Ravensquay Business Centre, Cray Avenue, Orpington. Kent. BR5 4BQ ("Atomwide ", "we", "us"). By using this promotion you indicate acceptance of these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for such promotion which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to you in any other way.
2. This promotion cannot be used with any other promotion unless otherwise indicated.
3. We reserve the right to change promotion rules and withdraw the promotion at any time.
4. This promotion is not available to any employees of Atomwide Limited or London Grid for Learning.
5. We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the promotion or our withdrawal of the promotion or any failure or inability by you to use the promotion for any reason.
6. These rules are governed by the laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England shall apply.
7. Employees of Atomwide Limited (referred to as the "Promoter and members of their immediate families (namely, parents, spouse, siblings, grandparents) are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Employees of any organisation providing goods or services to the Promoter as part of the Promotion are also not eligible to enter.
8. Promotion commences on at 00:01 on 06 Jan 2014 and ends at 23:59 30th April 2014 (the "Promotional Period").
9. Prize will be delivered within 14 days by either special delivery or courier. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the postal services or for incorrect details provided by any participant or for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect or delay delivery.
10. The prize is not transferable.
11. The winner of the prize agrees to participate in publicity which is likely to include participation in a photo shoot and other promotional activities. No compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities and the winner agrees that the intellectual property rights in any material produced as part of such publicity will belong to the Promoter to use as it sees fit.
12. All competition submissions will become the intellectual property of Atomwide and may be use reasonably used as the Promoter sees fit.
13. The winner of the prize will be judged by an independent person, and the winner will be notified within two weeks of the closing date by telephone and/or email. Atomwide will make reasonable attempts to contact winner but if after two weeks from the initial notification the prize is not claimed Atomwide reserve the right to award the prize to someone else.
14. Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
16. The Promoter's decision is final.
17. The winners names and will be available by sending an email to info@Atomwide.com within three months of the promotional closing date.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time but will only do so in exceptional circumstances and will make every reasonable effort to minimise the impact on customers.
19. Qualifying Criteria: Schools must promote the use of Open Check and have parents subscribed to the ParentLink mobile application to be eligible for the competition.
